8 Change of traveling section
Up to 20 minutes prior to departure, the ticket can be refunded then changed without fees.
9 Refunds
(1) When voluntary
Amount remaining after deduction of a100 yen per ticket refund fee will be refunded, provided it’s before the start of the trip.
(2) When involuntary (for suspension of service etc. due to inclement weather and other uncontrollable events)
The relevant transportation agency will refund the trip without fees provided the ticket was unused during its validity period.
10 Place of refund
Passengers may obtain refunds by using the EMot app provided by Odakyu Electric Railway Co., Ltd. or via the EMot Online Ticket website.
11 Others
Other matters are handled in accordance with the Conditions of Carriage stipulated by the transport being used, and by the provisions of the EMot Terms of Service and the Digital Pass Basic Terms of Service stipulated.
