2 Where and how to purchase a pass
Passes are on sale through “EMot Online Tickets” website provided by Odakyu Electric Railway.
3 When to purchase a pass
A pass can be purchased from one month prior to the date of use.
4 Period of validity of a pass
3 days.
5 Fare
Adult 8,520 yens; child 1,980 yens.

(1) There is no restriction on routes or number of rides within the validity period.

⑶ The electronic ticket is valid only for the contents of the electronic information recorded on the server of Maas Japan, the data platform provided by Odakyu Electric Railway. In addition, to use the "Digital Hakone Kamakura Pass", you need to log in, activate the electronic ticket, and display it on your smartphone. You cannot use the pass if you cannot display the electronic ticket due to any malfunction of your smartphone including battery failure.

(1) Before you start your trip
A handling fee of 220 yens per ticket will be deducted from the refunded amount.
(2) After you started your trip
1. Refund is not possible because there is no restriction in the travelling route and number of rides on all transportation.
2. You will be partially refunded without any charge if you request a refund because of the suspension or cancellation of some transport services due to inclement weather, providing that you have never used the concerned transport service during the validity period of your pass. The refund amount is as shown in the table below.

3. When the service of a section of the ropeway is suspended due to a breakdown, you will be refunded as shown in the table below, regardless of the suspended section.

5. Refunds are not available in case Gora Park is closed.
11 Where to get a refund
(1) Before you start your trip
You can request a refund and get refunded through the“EMot Online Tickets” website provided by Odakyu Electric Railway.
(2) After you started your trip
Call the Support Center to request a refund.
12 Your electronic ticket will become invalid in the following cases
(1) If you use an altered screen of your electronic ticket
(2) In any other case of unauthorised use of your electronic ticket.
13 Your electronic ticket will become invalid in the following cases
(1) Digital Hakone Kamakura Pass is for foreigners visiting Japan. Japanese nationals travelling with foreign travellers, such like tour conductors, can also use the pass.
(2) Some facilities offer discounts if you present your Digital Hakone Kamakura Pass. Contact each facility for details on the discounts. Discounts are subject to change.
(3) Other issues regarding the use of the pass are subject to the provisions of the Passenger Operation Regulations and the EMot Service Terms and Conditions and Basic Terms of Use of Digital Pass established by Odakyu Electric Railway.
