6. Efficacy
As stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of Use for Digital Pass. No restrictions on the number of times the services listed in 1, above, can be used within the valid period of the pass.
7. Refunds
(1) Before start of use
Passengers may obtain refunds by using the EMot app provided by Odakyu Electric Railway Co., Ltd. or via the EMot Online Ticket website. During the valid period and prior to start of use, the remaining amount after deduction of a 200 yen per person ticket refund fee will be refunded.
