２ Place of sale

Purchase is available through the "EMot" application and "EMot Online Ticket" website provided by Odakyu Electric Railway.

Available from one month prior to the date of use.

2 days: Adult 6,000 yen, Child 1,500 yen
3 days: Adult 6,400 yen, Child 1,750 yen
*Same as Hakone Freepass

６ Efficacy

  • In addition to the provisions of the General Terms of Use for Digital Pass, there is no restriction on the route or the number of times you can travel within the Hakone area beyond Odawara Station, as long as the pass is valid.
  • For Gora Park, there is no limit on the number of entries within the validity period.

７ Stopover

No restrictions

８ Change of traveling section

Not available because of no restrictions on the route or the number of times you can travel.

９ Refunds

1)Before start of trip

A handling fee of 220 yen per card will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.

2)After start of trip

  1. The fare will be refunded only when the customer starts travelling from a station between Odawara station and Iriuda station, AND when the request is made at a station between the boarding station and Hakone-Yumoto Station. The remaining amount after deducting a handling fee of 220 yen per ticket will be refunded upon request by the customer to the call center.
  2. In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather, etc., a refund will be made without charge as long as the transportation service has not been used during the validity period. The refund amount is shown in the table below. [unit：yen]

  4. There will be no refunds even if Gora Park is closed.

 

１０ Place of refund

1)Before start of trip

The ticket will be refunded to the customer through the "EMot" application and "EMot Online Ticket" website provided by Odakyu Electric Railway.

2)After start of trip / Change of trains (onward journey)

Refunds will be made upon request by the customer to the call center.

１１ Others

  • Some facilities offer discounts when you present your Digital Hakone Freepass. Please inquire at each facility for discount details. Facilities that offers discount is subject to change.
  • Other issues regarding the use of ticket, will be subject to the provisions of the Passenger Operation Regulations and the EMot Terms of Service and General Terms of Use for Digital Pass.
