２ Where and how to purchase a freepass

Tickets are available on Klook Online Service.
To use a freepass, all users must have a smartphone and access the "EMot Online Tickets" website operated by Odakyu Electric Railway.

３ When to purchase a pass

A pass can be purchased from one month prior to the date of use.

４ Period of validity

2 or 3 days

５ Passenger fare

As specified by Klook Travel Technology.

６ Validity

In addition to the provisions of the General Terms of Use for Digital Pass, the pass is valid only for one round trip between Shinjuku and Odawara stations on the Odakyu lines, and there is no restriction on routes or the number of travels within the Hakone area beyond Odawara Station, as long as the pass is valid. However, upon completion of travel at the final destination station, the ticket will cease to be effective upon performing the exit operation of the electronic ticket.

７ Stopover

No restrictions

８ Change of traveling section

1)For the outbound trip

Change is not possible.

2)For the return trip

A separate normal passenger fare will be collected for the changed section.

９ Optional ticket “Bun-jou-shou”

1)

Passenger holding a Digital Hakone Freepass (Klook) that departs from Shinjuku Station can purchase an optional "Bun-jou-shou" ticket and be allowed on board an ODAKYU Highway Bus between Shinjuku Station and Tomei Gotemba, Gotemba Premium Outlets® or HOTEL CLAD.

2)Where to purchase a "Bun-jou-shou" ticket

Hakone Tozan Bus Togendai Information Center, Hakone Tozan Bus Sengoku Information Center, ODAKYU Highway Bus Gotemba Office, Odakyu Travel, Fujisan Gotemba Tourist Information Center, Hakone Tourist Information Center, Izu Hakone Bus Hakone-en Information Center, Hakone Venetian Glass Museum, Shinjuku Highway Bus Terminal (Busta Shinjuku) Tickets can also be issued from onboard staff at the time of boarding.

3)Ticket price

From Shinjuku Station to Tomei Gotemba (one-way)

１０ Refunds

1)Until 2:59 a.m. on the first day of use

A full refund will be made in accordance with the refund procedures specified in Klook Online Service.

2)After 3:00 a.m. on the first day of use

Refund is not possible except in the following 3 cases

1. If the ticket has not been used yet, and if a request is made through Klook Customer Support (chat service), then a refund will be made minus a refund fee of 220 yen per ticket.
2. In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather, a refund will be made without charge as long as the transportation service has not been used during the validity period. The refund amount is shown in the table below.

3. If a part of the ropeway is closed due to a malfunction, it will be refunded as shown in the table below. [unit：yen]

4.There will be no refunds even if Gora Park is closed.

１１ Where to apply for a refund

A refund will be made upon the completion by the customer of the procedure specified by Klook Online Service (including request to Klook Customer Support).

1)Before start of trip

The ticket will be refunded to the customer through the "EMot" application and "EMot Online Ticket" website provided by Odakyu Electric Railway.

2)After start of trip / Change of trains (onward journey)

Refunds will be made upon request by the customer to the call center.

１２ An electronic ticket will become invalid in the following cases

1. If an altered screen of the electronic ticket is used.
2. In any other case of unauthorized use of the electronic ticket.

１３ Others

1. Some facilities offer discounts when you present your Digital Hakone Freepass. Please inquire at each facility for discount details. Facilities that offers discount is subject to change.
2. Other issues regarding the use of the pass are subject to the provisions of the Passenger Operation Regulations and the EMot Service Terms and Conditions and Basic Terms of Use of Digital Pass.
