- The pass is valid only for one round trip between the boarding station and Fujisawa station on the Odakyu lines, and there are no restrictions on the route or number of rides on the Odakyu lines (between Fujisawa Station and Katase-Enoshima Station) and Enoden Line within the validity period. However, the pass will not be valid at the end of the trip if the pass is terminated at the station.
- The electronic ticket is valid only for the contents of the electronic information recorded on the server of MaaS Japan, the data platform provided by Odakyu Electric Railway. In addition, you can use the "Digital Enoshima-Kamakura Freepass" by logging in, activating the electronic ticket, and displaying its contents on your smartphone. However, if you cannot display the contents of the electronic ticket due to any malfunction of your smartphone including dead-battery, you cannot use the pass.

1)If offered on outward journey
The remaining amount after subtracting the normal passenger fare for the actual traveled section from the already collected passenger fare will be refunded.*NOTE: Customers will be asked to purchase a new “Enoshima-Kamakura Freepass (paper ticket)” after paying the fare for the actual journey at the station. The full amount of the “Digital Enoshima-Kamakura Freepass” will be refunded without charge upon request by the customer to the call center.
2)If offered on return journey
A separate normal passenger fare will be collected for the changed section.９ Refunds
1)Before start of trip
A handling fee of 220 yen per ticket will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.2)After start of trip
- Only when a request is made between the outbound boarding station and Katase-Enoshima station, the fare for the actual traveled section will be paid at the requesting station, and the remaining amount after deducting a handling fee of 220 yen per ticket will be refunded upon request by the customer to the call center.
- In the event that the Enoden Line is cancelled, etc., the refund will be 650 yen for adults and 330 yen for children.
１０ Place of refund

The ticket will be refunded to the customer through the "EMot" application and "EMot Online Ticket" website provided by Odakyu Electric Railway.2)After start of trip / Change of trains (onward journey)
Refunds will be made upon request by the customer to the call center.１１ When an electronic ticket becomes invalid
- If the screen display of the electronic ticket is altered and the ticket is used.
- Any other ways that the electronic ticket has been used illegally.
１２ Others
- Some facilities offer discounts when you present your Digital Enoshima-Kamakura Freepass. Please inquire at each facility for discount details. Facilities that offers discount is subject to change.
- Other issues regarding the use of ticket, will be subject to the provisions of the Passenger Operation Regulations and the EMot Service Terms and Conditions and Basic Terms of Use for Digital Pass.
