２ Place of sale

Purchase is available through the "EMot" application (Only available in Japanese) and "EMot Online Ticket" website provided by Odakyu Electric Railway.

３ Available date of purchase

Available from one month prior to the date of use. Does not apply on days when the facility is closed.

Listed in the price table on the product page for Odakyu's value tickets "Enoshima Aquarium Ticket and Odakyu Line."

６ Efficacy

⑴　Valid for one round trip between the boarding station and Katase-Enoshima station. The pass becomes invalid once you complete the exit process at your final station.

⑵　 Electronic tickets are valid only based on the information recorded on the "MaaS Japan" server, the data platform operated by Odakyu Electric Railway. Additionally, you may use your ticket by logging in, activating the electronic ticket, and displaying the details on your cell phone. Please note that if you are unable to display the ticket due to a phone malfunction, a dead battery, or similar issues, the ticket cannot be used.

７ Stopover

Not valid for travel beyond the boarding station and Katase-Enoshima station.

８ Change of traveling section

⑴　The pass cannot be used at stations beyond the stated area.

⑵　A return trip beyond the stated area will incur a separate regular passenger fare for the modified section.

９ Refunds

⑴　 Before the start of the trip

A refund will be issued for the amount remaining after deducting a 220 yen processing fee.

⑵　After the start of the trip

Refunds will be processed only if requested between the outbound boarding station and Katase-Enoshima station. The standard fare for the traveled section will be collected at the station where the request is made, and the remaining amount, minus a 220 yen processing fee per ticket for requests made through the call center, will be refunded. Note that refunds will not be issued for the Enoshima Aquarium Admission Ticket alone.

１０ Place of refund

⑴　Before the start of the trip

Customers can process refunds themselves via the EMot app and EMot Online Ticket website operated by Odakyu Electric Railway.

⑵　After the start of the trip

Customers can request a refund through the call center.

１１ When an electronic ticket becomes invalid

⑴　 If the electronic ticket's screen display or other details are modified for use.

⑵　In other cases of unauthorized use of the electronic ticket.

１２ Others

⑴　 High school students must present their student ID when using the Enoshima Aquarium admission ticket.

⑵　 This electronic ticket cannot be exchanged for an annual pass to the Enoshima Aquarium.

⑶　All other handling is subject to the Passenger Service Regulations and the EMot Service Terms of Use and Digital Pass Basic Agreement established by Odakyu Electric Railway.
