・Admission is free for elementary school students and younger.
・Please note that admission is free for those who purchase the Hakone Free Pass, Nonbiri Ticket, or Owakudani Ticket.
・Business hours may vary depending on the day. Please check the business hours and holidays before visiting.
・A separate fee is required for the Hakone Craft House experience.
・Business hours may change depending on the season, weather, etc.
・The park may be closed temporarily due to maintenance, etc. For details, please check the important notices on the website .
・Hakone Gora Park is located on the middle slope of the Hakone inner rim, so there are steep slopes and stairs throughout the park. Therefore, physically disabled guests, guests with infants, and elderly guests may experience inconvenience when moving around the park. Please note that wheelchairs and strollers are not permitted in the park. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and ask for your understanding in advance.
・Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

You can enjoy matcha tea prepared by the teacher. (This is not an experience of making matcha tea by yourself.)
Morning session: 10:00-12:00 (last entry: 11:30)
Afternoon session: 13:00-16:00 (last entry: 15:30)
