2. Sales Locations and Methods

Tickets are sold via the "EMot Service" provided by Odakyu Electric Railway.

3. Sales Period

Tickets go on sale starting 30 days prior to the date of use.

4. Validity Period

Unlimited Ride Plan: Valid for 1 day
One-time Fixed Fare Plan: Valid for 1 day
Operating Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

5. Fares

(All prices include tax)
【One day unlimited ride plan】

　Adults: 6,000 yen

　Children: 3,000 yen
【Plan for one lap】
　Adult: 2,000 yen

　Child: 1,000 yen

6. Ticket Validity

No restrictions apply during the validity period.

7. Stopovers

There are no restrictions for the Unlimited Ride Plan.

For the One-time Fixed Fare Plan, getting off in the middle of the ride is not allowed.

8. Refunds

Refunds can be processed without a fee through customer-initiated operations.

Note: Refunds are not available after the date of use or after the ticket has been activated.

9. Important Notes

・A device with internet access is required for use. Communication costs are borne by the customer.

・Boarding is not possible if you are unable to display the ticket screen due to loss of your device, battery depletion, or other issues with your device.

・Tickets are only valid on the selected start date (same day) chosen at the time of purchase.

・Press the "Use" button immediately before boarding.

・Due to vehicle specifications, wheelchair users cannot board.

・Up to 9 tickets can be obtained and used on a single smartphone.

10. Miscellaneous

Other terms and conditions are governed by the "EMot Service Terms of Use," "Digital Pass Basic Terms of Use," and the "Kanmobi MOVE Terms of Use."
