As a general rule, refunds will be given only before you start using the ticket and after a refund administration fee of 220 yen per ticket has been deducted.

９ Place of refund

However, if operations are canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, please do not try to obtain a refund yourself. Instead, contact us via the EMot app or the inquiries section of the EMot Online Tickets website.

2. After the start of use (after clicking on the "In use" or "Activate" button)

As a general rule, refunds cannot be made at the customer’s convenience after they have started using the ticket. However, if operations are canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, please inform the station staff.

１０ Precautions

Only one digital version of the Noriorikun can be used at the same time per device.

・ With the digital version of Noriorikun, the representative customer can purchase multiple tickets with their EMot account and transfer one ticket each to other EMot accounts. (Each recipient is also required to have a smartphone.)

・ A mobile connection is required to start using the service.

・ Mobile connection costs shall be borne by the customer.

・ If your device cannot display the digital version of Noriorikun due to loss, battery failure, or other reasons, you will not be able to use the digital version of Noriorikun.

However, if operations are canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, please inform the station staff on the day of use.

・The digital version of Noriorikun expires at 3:00 a.m. on the day following its use.

Others

・Present the digital version of Noriorikun to receive bonuses and discounts at some facilities. Before visiting, check with the facility for information on operating hours, holidays, and other details. Bonus facilities are subject to change.

・Other issues regarding the use of ticket, will be subject to the provisions of the Passenger Operation Regulations and the EMot Service Terms and Conditions and Basic Terms of Use for Digital Pass.
