６ How to use

*Please have the animated screen displayed in advance before presenting it to the bus crew.

When the fare has been paid in advance, click on the "In use" or "Activate" button at boarding to display the animated screen and present it to the bus crew.

When the fare is to be paid afterward, take a numbered ticket at boarding. Upon disembarking, insert the numbered ticket into the fare box, then click on the "In Use" or "Activate" button to display the animated screen and present it to the bus crew.

１０ Place of refund

1.       Before start of trip

The ticket will be refunded to the customer through the "EMot" application and "EMot Online Ticket" website provided by Odakyu Electric Railway. However, in the event that the service is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us through the "Contact Us" of the "EMot" application or the "EMot Online Ticket" website without making the refund yourself.

2.       After the start of use (after clicking on the "In use" or "Activate" button)

Refunds cannot be made at the customer’s convenience after they have started using the ticket.

11. Precautions

・ When presenting the animated screen to the bus crew, be careful not to put your device too close to the fare machine IC card reader, as this may result in an IC fare being deducted.

・ Normal passenger fares will be collected when using late-night buses.

・     You cannot board "other companies' buses" running on the same section.

・ Children’s tickets can be purchased as part of a group ticket with an accompanying adult.

・ Two or more individual tickets cannot be used at the same time on one device, so please select the correct number of passengers at the time of purchase.

・     The number of people cannot be changed after purchase. You must re-purchase the tickets after the refund.

・ Please refrain from eating and drinking on the bus.

・ Please be seated as much as possible to prevent accidents on board. If you are standing, please hold on to the straps or handrails.

・ Please note that buses may be delayed due to traffic conditions.

・ A mobile connection is required to start using the service.

・ Mobile connection costs shall be borne by the customer.

・ The Enoden Bus Noritabi Ticket expires at 3:00 a.m. on the day following its use.
