Enoshima Sea Candle Set Ticket Terms and Conditions and Precautions for Use

１．Facilities available for use

This ticket allows unlimited admission to the following facilities:

“Enoshima Sea Candle Set Ticket ”
-Enoshima Escar
-Enoshima Sea Candle (lighthouse observation tower)

“Enoshima Sea Candle Set Ticket + Night”<during the event period>

-Enoshima Escar
-Enoshima Sea Candle (lighthouse observation tower)
-Enoshima Samuel Cocking Garden (including night admission)

２．Place of sale

Purchase is available through the "EMot" application and "EMot Online Ticket" website provided by Odakyu Electric Railway.

３．Available date of purchase/ Period of validity

Available from 7days prior to the date of use

You are recommended to purchase the “Enoshima Sea Candle Set Ticket + Night” pass that includes a night admission to Enoshima Samuel Cocking Garden if you plan to visit the Garden and Enoshima Sea Candle after 17:00.

４．Efficacy

Reentry is permitted for each facility only on the same day.

５．Refunds

As a general rule, refunds will be made only before the start of use.

６．Place of refund

Before the start of use, the refund will be made by the customer through the "EMot" application provided by Odakyu Electric Railway and the "EMot Online Ticket" website.

７．Precautions

A mobile connection is required to start using the service.

Mobile connection costs shall be borne by the customer.

If your device cannot display the digital version of “Enoshima Sea Candle Set Ticket ” due to loss, battery failure, or other reasons, you will not be able to use the digital version of “Enoshima Sea Candle Set Ticket ”

８．Others

・Other issues regarding the use of ticket, will be subject to the provisions of the Passenger Operation Regulations and the EMot Service Terms and Conditions and Basic Terms of Use for Digital Pass.

・ Entry and use of the facilities may be restricted due to overcrowding.

・ This ticket cannot be used with other coupons, preferential tickets, or discounts.

・ This ticket does not shorten waiting times.

・ Opening hours may vary depending on the season and weather conditions.

・ Some facilities and event venues may be closed depending on the season.

・ In the event of inclement weather, operations may be canceled. In such cases, we cannot provide compensation for travel expenses to the site.

・Please refrain from bringing pets with you. (Except guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs. In the case of pets, except when they are carried in a dedicated case that covers the entire animal.)

・No luggage storage service is available.

・You can get special advantages in some facilities by showing this ticket.
