６ Efficacy

⑴　The ticket is valid only for one round trip between the departing station and Fujisawa station. There are no restrictions on the number of rides within the area between Fujisawa and Katase-Enoshima stations during the validity period. However, the ticket will cease to be effective upon exiting the final destination station.

⑵　There are no restrictions on the number of times you can use or enter the tourist facilities on Enoshima Island during the validity period.

⑶　The digital ticket is valid only for the contents of the electronic information recorded on the server of MaaS Japan, a data platform provided by Odakyu Electric Railway. You can use the “Enoshima Sky View Ticket and Odakyu Line + Night” by logging in, activating the digital ticket, and displaying its contents on your smartphone. However, if you cannot display the contents of the digital ticket due to your smartphone malfunctioning, losing battery power, etc., you cannot use the ticket.

８ Change of traveling section

⑴　If offered on outward journey

The remaining amount after subtracting the normal passenger fare for the actual traveled section from the already collected passenger fare will be refunded.

*NOTE: After the normal passenger fare for the actual journey is collected, you will be asked to purchase an “Enoshima Sky View Ticket and Odakyu Line + Night (new ticket)” from the new departing station where you requested a section change. The full amount of the “Enoshima Sky View Ticket and Odakyu Line + Night (old ticket)” will be refunded without charge upon submitting a request to the EMot Support Desk.

⑵　If offered on return journey

A separate normal passenger fare will be collected for the changed section.

９ Refunds

⑴　Before start of trip

Refunds will be given after a refund administration fee of 220 yen per ticket has been deducted.

⑵　After start of trip

Refunds are available only if a request is made during the outward journey between the station for boarding and Katase-Enoshima station. The normal passenger fare for the actual journey is collected at the station where the request is made. Refunds will then be given after a refund administration fee of 220 yen per ticket has been deducted upon submitting a request to the call center.

⑶　In the event that the facilities to be used are closed due to inclement weather, etc., refunds will be given without charge. The refund amounts are shown in the table below.

１０ Place of refund

⑴　Before start of trip

The ticket will be refunded to the customer through the "EMot" application(Only available in Japanese) and "EMot Online Ticket" website provided by Odakyu Electric Railway.

⑵　After start of trip

Refunds will be made upon request by the customer to the EMot Support Desk.

１１ When an electronic ticket becomes invalid

⑴　If the screen display of the digital ticket is altered and the ticket is used.

⑵　Any other ways that the electronic ticket has been used illegally.

１２ Others

Other issues regarding the use of ticket will be subject to the provisions of the Passenger Operation Regulations and the EMot Service Terms and Conditions and Basic Terms of Use for Digital Pass prescribed by Odakyu Electric Railway.
