Can I use these tickets with my family or friends?

When boarding on a train, each passenger must carry its own ticket in its own smartphone. There is no group tickets and one passenger cannot have inside its smartphone the tickets for the other members of the group. However there is a Transfer function that allows one user to purchase all the tickets of a group and then distribute them to each member's smartphone. Even then, all passengers must have one smartphone per passenger.

So if you are travelling in a group, you can choose one of the 2 following solutions:

- Each member of the group purchases its own ticket with its own smartphone.

- One representative member purchases all the individual tickets for the whole group and then transfers each ticket to each group member. Check this page to know more on how to transfer a ticket to another smartphone.

What if my child doesn't have a smartphone?

Whether a child or not, a traveler without her/his own smartphone cannot use our digital tickets. All passengers must have one smartphone per passenger.

In case your child has her/his own smartphone, you or any representative adult can purchase her/his ticket and transfer it to her/his smartphone.

What if I touched accidentaly the "End of use" button although I still want to use my ticket?

Please purchase a new ticket and contact the Support Center by following the instructions below.

1. Purchase a new ticket similar to the one you have accidentally ended (same ticket type and same departure station) on EMot Online Tickets with your own smartphone, and activate it.

2. Contact the Support Center by touching "Menu" on top left, then "FAQ/Inquiries" and "Select here for inquiries by email".

Please write in your email your name, the information on the ticket (name, departure station) and the activation time of the new ticket.

3. Continue enjoying your trip with your new ticket.

What is the age required to purchase a ticket?

An adult must be 12 years or older; A child must be between 6 and 11 years old.
